So basically, it is getting to the end of the season and so awards are starting to be announced and here is one of them:

The 2023 Players' Dream Team​

Fullback: Reece Walsh (Brisbane Broncos)

Wingers: Dallin Watene-Zelezniak (New Zealand Warriors) & Brian To'o (Penrith Panthers)

Centres: Herbie Farnworth (Brisbane Broncos) & Stephen Crichton (Penrith Panthers)

Five-Eighth: Cameron Munster (Melbourne Storm)

Halfback: Shaun Johnson (New Zealand Warriors)

Props: Payne Haas (Brisbane Broncos) & Addin Fonua-Blake (New Zealand Warriors)

Hooker: Harry Grant (Melbourne Storm)

Second Rowers: Haumole Olakau'atu (Manly Sea Eagles) & Liam Martin (Penrith Panthers)

Great to see Patty recognized as best lock... easy answer for players could've been Yeo or Murray, but I think Patty has been excellent at all areas this year and also great at rep level.

Well the 3 candidates for halfback were Johnson, Cleary and DCE. They had DCE over Reyno so yea they can be.

Has Munster even had a good season?

Shows how well regarded he is by his peers, even in a pretty poor season (by his standards) he's picking up awards for being the best.

In my opinion, Isaako not being there is a bit strange. Top try scorer and top point scorer, rough not to make it.

Mam was on the short list but I really don't think he's been that good this year.

He's had his good games, but for the most part he's been quiet.
