Baker winds up and crashes through, great run but that goal line defence from Wynnum.

Bears 22-14 with three to go.

Really disappointing from Wynnum. You get back to two down and then just let someone stroll through.

Townsville today have given the Devils too many chances, with penalties. if they cannot give them easy ground for the next 15 minutes, they can score 2-3 tries in 15 minutes.

Hunters done. Just no recovery from that start. I thought they would do better than what they did tonight.
 
Falcons v Jets- No Pezet as expected. I think the Falcons too consistent and will just drop into finals form easier.

Hunter is a good half and will get them around, Zion a great finisher. Jets haven't made finals since 2018 and have lost five of their last six games, that's a lot to overcome.

I could easily see the Jets down 16-0 like the Hunters last night.

Pascoe is going to be hooker of the year and unless he has a five try Parcell effort today I think 8th might be as far as the Jets go.
