Similar to that. Usually I get a spread so everyone can mix and match. So typically it's Mongolian Lamb, Sweet n Sour Pork, Combination Black Bean, Chicken Omelette, Fried Rice and Lemon Chicken.

I buggered up though. I ended up coming home with the ugliest looking prawns you'll see - they looked like Chicken. 'Chicken Chow Mein' must have rolled off the tongue better. 😬

Fortunately the meal was much better than the game. I knew what we were in for, it's a shame the Maroons could never build any momentum.

Some of the dishes sounded great on here. I could have gone a soup yesterday - it's been really chilly these past couple of days.

I wasn't saying QLD deserved the win I was saying that the bunker got it wrong. Too many unforced errors just killed our game.

“After reviewing all available angles, the bunker did not believe there was sufficient evidence to overturn the on-field decision,” the spokesman said.

“Upon detailed review after the match, the NRL believes that while it was an extremely tight decision, the ball appeared to be touched.”

Translation: 'We discovered that there was too much evidence we ****ed this up royally to continue to pretend we got it right.'
 
I had to laugh when I heard that Munster had a go at Klein at halftime about not getting any 50/50 calls. Welcome to playing for the Broncos under Klein Cam :happy:

What still amazes me with the NRL and Klein is the risk they are taking with continuing to let Klein ref games. I own a small business and the one thing that I tell young guys wanting to go out on their own is to manage risk. If we go to quote on a big job I always ask the what if. What if they don't pay, what if it all goes to shit and I have to put my hand in my pocket to fix a problem? If it could mean massive financial damage to the company we walk away from the job.

Now lets look at Klein and potential risk. The guy is a known problem gambler, has control of the outcome of games and is well known for contentious decisions and lop sided reffing.

Now I have no proof of this but what if Klein is having a sneaky side bet on NRL games with one of the multitude of online gambling platforms as Bob Smith and this comes to light? It might only be $10 bets but it threatens massive financial damage if it results in fans, sponsors , the media turning away from the game and say goodbye to any government grants etc. Do we also then make any games reffed by Klein null and void?

I just don't see an upside with the NRL taking this sort of risk with Klein.

I can't understand how this shit keeps happening every week. They get blatantly obvious decisions wrong that all of us can see (with the limited angles they show us). They apparently have more angles in the bunker and they still get it wrong.

Then the NRL comes out and says "whoops, yep sorry guys. What can ya do?" and expects it all to be ok.

It's either blatant corruption or pure incompetence.

Everyone sitting at home could see that with the angle provided. What exactly does detailed review after the match mean, looking closely at all angles? Isn't that the whole point of the bunker?
