I don’t know what was more diabolical, our handling or the reffing.

Just want to call out Izzy Kelly who is a gun, but **** mate, that was a cynical attempt to get our player in the bin if ever I’ve seen one. Really gross. Fake injury/

Handling. Had plenty of opportunities and opted for a comedy of errors. Ah well.
 
Shout to the coach also for making idiotic positional swaps on game day - it’s like Tahnee never left

We only had one more error according to NRL.com stats at 10-9, but they completed 30/35 (dunno how that works) and somehow we had 7-3 penalties against (not accounting for all the stuff that wasn’t called) but a slower PTB speed.

We definitely had our chances to win it, but we had so many more taken away and conversely given to them
 
Just couldn't get over the line, legit. One of those frustrating losses that'll live with you for a bit.
No excuses for missing the FG. Had all the time in the world in great position.
 
Well time for Game 2 - hopefully we can actually win at home for once.

Cross still persisting with a small bench with Brill starting, and Ferguson AND Manzelmann on the bench and this time Duzzi and Shenae miss out.

Dude is really taking after Norris with braindead selections
