It’s good timing. Basically, what can he say? If he talks about the club not being the Broncs or whatever other tantrum he pulls, the club just has to answer with ‘defending premiers’ and he continues to look like a salty old fool who’s trying to stay relevant.

Having said that, I don't think he necessarily believes a lot of what he says. You can see sometimes he's just winding the others up, and I have no doubt he plays it up for the clicks - his job is the media after all, Broncos-negative media gets them, and how better to get them than an ex club captain shitting on them every chance he gets?

I'd like to think he's playing it up for the media, as is his job, but as a fan it's gotten real ****ing old.

That’s the best point. CONEHEAD will sing no one is bigger than the club until the cows come home. But he won’t on this Occassion.
 
Big decision coming up next week if he is fit to play.

Hunt did a good chunk well tonight and thought his communication with our forwards in attack and defence was an improvement on what we've seen so far this year.

Reyno is the captain though, if he is 'fit' I still think he plays.

Rib cartilage can linger for awhile... Madge can use it until he needs to pull the trigger and bring him back in fresh.

We can just say he isn’t fit. He’s still probably decent as a back up, though even then, you have to wonder if present day Reynolds is even better than Duffy.
 
It's not a coincidence folks.

It's an unpopular opinion but we're better off without him on the field.
