His game awareness has always been shit, in his last season with us he didn't even bother to look left or right before passing to check the numbers.
Is this essentially the last of the crop of 2008 who won nothing?

That's the part I will miss most about him. Notice the kids who he was around and by and large decent humans, and the ones who took on other role models are less than perfect. Even Jayden Brailey said how much Macca helped him after he was broken, and its a credit to the man who he is. I'll miss him but am SUPER STOKED for the future.

2 years too late. The slide and rot set in while the 2 plodders stunk up the team with their mediocrity.
Whatever training methods and so called professionalism they thought the young brigade should be mind wiped as off today.
Players of that calibre even at the Bulldogs would not even get past 20 games. But at the Broncos they get 10yr +500K salaries and favourable player options.
Not elite, but tries hard and pleasing to the eye - I hope I'm wrong, but getting a similar vibe they way we are carrying on about Carrigan and Dearden (akin to David Stagg and Berrick Barnes/Pete Wallace).
