OFFICIAL Andrew McCullough has left the building

I seriously don't get what Griffin and the Dragons were thinking.

not even making an offer to your captain and best player over the last 2 years is just crazy ... I could understand it if you were getting a significant upgrade to the position, like maybe a Grant ... but for Macca

Yeah it makes no sense whatsoever and not only is Macca not a better player, he is and has been on the decline for years. He is also coming off a serious injury.

In fact, this feels like the Boyd re-signing all over again. So glad the Dragons have done this and not us!

He won't see out his 3 years. Coming off a torn hamstring (off the bone) and ACL he will struggle.

Luke O'Donnell was half the player after his tore his hamstring off the bone. Suspect similar to happen to McCullough unfortunately.

Wish him the best though because he's been a good servant of the club

The Merge fans are actually deluding themselves into believing Macca is a game manager....I mean you can clearly tell none of them watch our games unless we're their opponents.

Are they? That's surprising, I thought there'd be a fair bit of angst among them, similar to when we re-signed Boyd or even signed Luke.

interesting ... last i saw they were whinging about the club chasing Macca and forcing McInnes out. Maybe the injury to McInnes changed their tune

I’m super stoked he has a three year deal at the Dragons and wish him nothing but the best...

Now, Brandon Smith, how would you like the No.9 at the Broncs on about $700k a year for 3 years?

While I'm happy to see Macca not suck up 600k of our cap, the reality is that Turpin is still not ready for 80 minutes and has a history of injuries.

Ditching Maccas last season earned us a spoon, and unless we're ready to make play for someone before the season starts I feel like this is going to hurt almost as bad.

So fox has us penned in to take another spoon and dragons trio of hunt , Macca and Norman to dominate 🤣🤣
Good luck to them. Between tackle bot, Queen of the Nile Norman and MIA Hunt they will struggle to get out of their own 50.
