Will be interesting to see how they go leading into lunch
 
Massive innings for Smith and the team now. He's had some luck and looking better.
How much a big score adds to the teams confidence will be huge.
 
Travis head is on track to crack my top 5 favourite batsmen to watch.

Dean jones, punter, haydos, gilly & Huss are currently on that list but I tell you what…there’s something about Travis. Maybe it’s just that he’s surrounded by out of form players, time will tell.

Probably shouldn’t and I imagine in the past you would have got told by umpires to leave it.

Play the dot ball walk out towards the square leg umpire, contemplate the innings wander back and face up.

Smith has deadset battled this innings. He’s still there though. He could have been out 10 times already.

Head plays cricket in the right fashion. We need him or someone like him opening the batting.

I think you keep the bloke who gets you out of trouble all the time where they are batting. I think Inglis is one of the classiest batsman in the world, good form with the red ball, attacking minded. For mine he had to be in the team somewhere, opening might be an option but the person I have most confidence to come in and score runs is him.
 
I remember the ashes Gabba test clearly thinking how Heads innings was one of the most entertaining I’ve ever witnessed. Never did I think it would be one of many very similar to come. It’s aggressive but it’s timeless cricket shots. Beautiful to watch.
 
Travis Head you freak. Just fearless cricket.

Smudge battling on but hasn’t thrown it away.
 
I think Smith really likes batting with Head, Travis just allows Steve to do his thing and bat with a clear head focused on himself.
