Can see Tonga being competitive for maybe 25-30 minutes when they do their passion/physical effort. Then they'll get whipped. Australia will have a field day out wide.

I think (hope) your underestimating the passion, pride & commitment of our Island neighborhoods.
IMO Tonga are single handedly changing & lifting the profile of international RL. I take my hat off to them. I'm grateful to be more excited about an international game for as long as I can remember.

To be honest, they do have some damn good forwards, so it's not that outlandish a call. Fifita is probably the best when he's switched on 100%.

There's a huge class edge between the teams though. Passion only takes you so far at this level in terms of the result.

It's great for the game how many Tongans have got behind their team though.

I’d say Lolohea would have to be close as well, I find it offensive that he’s playing five eight in an international match.
