Doesn't matter. If the Heat turn up, they usually win. They don't turn up which is usual, they don't win.
I'm guessing Morkel was the one subbed out for Wildermuth, but has he actually been bowling poorly??
I recall one bad over against strikers?? two games ago when he was subbed out but other than that I thought he had been mostly economical.
Renegades 1-29 off 4 (7.25 rpo)
Scorchers 2-24 off 4 (6 rpo)
Strikers 0-10 off 1 (10 rpo)
So overall 3-63 off 9 overs (7 rpo), but hasn't been seen since.
I thought he was seriously good for us once he came in but he has one bad over when everyone went for plenty against the strikers and hasn't been seen since.
Realistically Laughlan, Morkel and Sweppo should make up our best attack, with Wildermuth the 4th and the rest shared between Gregory, Marnus and now Denly.
Steketee definitely not needed.
I'd also bring Bazley in for Bryant and move Burns up to open, which would give us another bowling option for the 5th bowler
1 Lynn
2 Burns
3 Marnus
4 Denly
5 Gregory
6 Bazley
7 Pierson
8 Wildermuth
9 Sweppo
10 Morkel
11 Laughlan
That’s a worse decision to not pick him... Tait wouldn’t have played a game if being adept at fielding was a criteria for fast bowlersIt was more he was an absolute liability in the field.
His commentary during this BBL has been sickeningWarnie in absolute desperation mode after realising that the stars are not even putting forward a good score for the bonus point
So bad, but it’s hilarious to listen to his voice deflate as he realises the stars fall further and further out of contention. His commentary during this BBL has been sickening
It's pathetic.Hahahahah Warnie now complaining about the bonus point saying it should be more like chasing a certain total by the 15 over mark instead of how it is.
He’s now claiming with Maxwell there at the 17 over mark (they’re 145 runs) that they could still get 200... so 60 runs off 18 balls ... or did I miss hear him??It's pathetic.
