I'd be tempted to take the power play early and send Marsh in if a wicket falls.

I'd go one over after the break, give these guys six balls to reset.

Here is my take on the state of the Heat squad for next season. I don’t know the state of contract length, so am assuming all contracts are up at the end of the year.

Must keep:
Lynn (not necessarily as captain)
Pearson
Bartlett
Burns (should be available entire season)
Steketee
Morkel
Bryant/Haezlett (time to make a choice on which one to keep
Labushagne
Swepson

Maybe keep:
Wildermuth (started strong, but was not consistent enough with the bat.

Overseas options:
Banton
Mujeeb
de Villiers

The rest can all find new homes!

I’d love to see this squad run around consistently:
Banton
Bryant
Lynn
De Villiers
Burns
Pearson
Wildermuth (or more consistent all rounder)
Steketee
Swepson
Bartlett
Mujeeb
Morkel

Labushagne to come in for Bryant/Burns whoever is least performing.

I reckon you could omit Steketee if his economy doesn't improve and run a Morkel, Sweppo, Mujeeb, Bartlett, Labs and Wildermuth bowling attack at full strength.

Could be considered spin heavy, but I think it could work
