Laird seems very close to winning, the question as always is when. I think he's too short for my tastes this week and I'll be on Shawn Stefani.

Dubuisson really is close to winning a major tournament. Top 10 in the last 2 majors, runner up in the WGC match play. He's defending his maiden title next week and that's a period where players are often focused on their games. His 2nd two weeks ago in Perth confirms his form is there, being part of a winning Ryder Cup team should have taken him to an extra level and he's long off the tee which is an advantage this week. I've forgone betting on any other runners this week just to have it all on Victor, which is probably a sure fire sign he'll be out of contention by the end of day 1!

No luck in the cup yesterday, left out whoshotthebarman everywhere and paid the price, oh well. Picked up a collect on old red though so wasn't a total loss.

Such a tragedy for Amire Rakti and Araldo, feel for all involved with those horses.

Got it @ $34 mate. Got a boxed trifecta with about 6 horses in that race as well.

I had 20 ew Protectionist which I backed last week. My system in the cup is 4/5 year old male horses with less than 57kgs, at the time of my bet there was only one until Sign Off got in late.

Red Cardeaux can **** off where he came from, that's 3 times he's bumped from the tri and first 4.

Yeah jumped on him for a hefty $1 to win. Through centrebet though unfortunately, nothing in my betfair account so only paying $61. Depending how I go on the ponies today, I'll throw a little more on him.

The Four Nations. Cranky Franky Pritchard will be running at our right side, which is where all our problems are. $34 for the FTS and $5 to score at anytime. If he remains in the starting line up, I'll be having a piece of both....but definitely on the score at any time.
