BHQ Gambling Association

Re: BHQ Gambling Association - DO NOT LINK TO BETTING WEBSITES

Go **** yourself Jordan Spieth.

Re: BHQ Gambling Association - DO NOT LINK TO BETTING WEBSITES

I fucking hate that! Back a guy forever and then he wins when you stop.

For me it was Webb Simpson when he first came on the scene.

Hopefully Keegan can finally deliver this week. Getting concerned he's not liking the short stick though.

Re: BHQ Gambling Association - DO NOT LINK TO BETTING WEBSITES

Bets on.

Keegan of course. Also taken a number of long shots. Stefani, Laird and also Sam Saunders who I found out is Palmers grandson. I always back Day for a win and top 10 because he's usually there abouts at the end of a tournament. An interesting one is J.B Holmes FRL......I swear he's managed that feat around 4-5 times this year.

Re: BHQ Gambling Association - DO NOT LINK TO BETTING WEBSITES

It took you this long to realise Saunders was Palmer's grand kid!?

Golfers with the initials SS are the best. At least if you count Scott Stallings. Shawn Stefani, on the other hand, can EAD. I'm undecided on Sam Saunders as I've never backed him. Won't start here either!

I took Renato Paratore in Madeira. Not sure of his wind credentials but his talent is significantly better than most of the field.

Re: BHQ Gambling Association - DO NOT LINK TO BETTING WEBSITES

Centrebet just cut my maximum bet to $2.87 - I can still sign up to Tom Waterhouse for unrestricted betting though right?

Re: BHQ Gambling Association - DO NOT LINK TO BETTING WEBSITES

Should be able to. I'm limited at William Hill but not centre bet or Tom Waterhouse.

That said, will only be a matter of time before they limit you too.

Well that's shit. Big score obviously?

He isn't exactly someone who pops up very often tbh. @$251-1 I thought why not.

Nothing major unfortunately but I had been winning a high percentage of my bets lately. I've done a lot more damage to Sportsbet but they haven't limited me yet.

Re: BHQ Gambling Association - DO NOT LINK TO BETTING WEBSITES

I don't understand how it can be legal for them to block you because you're winning?

What justification do they use?

Re: BHQ Gambling Association - DO NOT LINK TO BETTING WEBSITES

One for tonight's NRL,

Bulldogs to beat Sea Eagles ($1.84)

very popular play which is always a little concerning... Strong initial lean to the Cowboys in the other game but laying off now that they're faves...

I know it's legal, but in this case I wasn't given a justification. But I got mine back. I signed up with sister-sites Tom Waterhouse and William Hill last night, which have a crappy sign up bonus where they match your first bet (not deposit). I was going to place a couple of mid size bets on Tolman and Graham with Centrebet, but in an effort to maximise my bonuses I ended up going with the maximum they'll match. Centrebet limited my bets for being about 750 dollars up over about half a year. I took their parent company for $391.50 tonight, and am owed $450 in bonus bets. None of this would have happened if you let me put $30 on Tolman, Centrebet. You brought this on yourself. My overarching sense of fiscal conservatism was the only thing stopping me from bankrupting you William Hill plc. But you had to poke the bear. Let that be a lesson to all you other so-called 'bookmakers'. I am Gamblor, shatterer of odds and breaker of worlds. Look upon me ye mighty, and despair.

How can a corporate betting agent be allowed to limit your bets after only being up $750 (no offence I think being up $750 is great) but when you consider the money they make its absolute BS!

Re: BHQ Gambling Association - DO NOT LINK TO BETTING WEBSITES

It's not so much the amount, it's the betting patterns. Had he won $10,000 betting on a horse and tote prices I'm sure they wouldn't have blinked an eye lid. If you win over 60% of your bets on these line markets you'll get limited quicker than a BHQ thread turns into a Bennett argument.

Pre-emptive strike maybe? I wasn't betting big money but I was winning about 80-85% of bets that should have been a 50-50 proposition. I thought I could nickle and dime them over a couple of years but obviously they take into account your winning percentage as well as total profit.

How are they allowed to get away with that, they're a gambling business who will block anyone who wins too often?

Re: BHQ Gambling Association - DO NOT LINK TO BETTING WEBSITES

Any thoughts on the Slipper today peoples? I'm going to have a dig on some value, all each way, as below.

The Galaxy:
Villa Verde
A time for Julia
Atmospherical

Slipper:
English
Headwater

George Ryder:
Sacred Falls
Royal Descent

Vancouver may do it but from 18 will be tough so again going for value will leave out of the tri.

Good luck!
