hadn't bet a lot lately, trying to save money for an overseas holiday (but now that i've exchanged my USD I can rest easy again), decided to drop 100 into the account for the weekend.

got myself to 310, setting myself for a massive fall very soon but i'll bask in tripling my account over a weekend.

some highlights (i'll post SS's later on to prove i'm not bullshitting lol)

Broncos to win -5.5 against titans
Hunt to score, Bris to win
Roberts to score, bris to win
Rapana to score, raiders to win
Canberra Raiders 13+ (yeah I have to show the ss for this alone, but i'm serious haha, no maloney no party is my theory)
Feki to score and Canberra to win
Dylan Edwards to score and Panthers to win.

Had a look at the NRL Futures and Gillo is a sneaky $4 for Dally M 2nd Rower of the year. Wade Graham was favourite at $1.25 :notsureifserious:
 
has anyone ever won a first try scorer bet? there's a reason i do a couple of dollars scattered across 5 people ... and still miss.

Nailed it heaps of times tbh. Helps to know a teams pet plays, Proctor at the Storm was a solid bet.....but there's an awful lot of luck involved. Always a good idea to jump on the player to simply score a try, so you hopefully break even.

who's offering the market? I can't seem to find one but I got on Cronk at $67 a month or 2 back.....worth a punt.

Haha yeah I noticed the guys I'd put on fts would score 2nd... then I'd do first or 2nd try scorer and nothing...

I do ok on the others but fts always seem like tossing money in the air and seeing how it falls.
 
What have we got this weekend lads? Haven't checked it yet but got a feeling on hunt to score bris to win. Paying 5 bucks on ladbrokes.

Yeah, I'm liking this one. He'll be trying to make a statement to his new club IMO.....which of course could backfire. Big games from both the Sims and I can see one of them getting over for some reason.
 
I tossed 15 on it. Same logic as you + hunt is ball running hooker, I can see him selling the dummy and crashing over from 10 out.
