Secombe was doing well at BBL level but at Shield and One Day Domestic level we were poor. We probably lack the talent at the moment and didn't really get any development out of some young talented guys.

I wonder when someone is going to make a proper cricketer out of Max Bryant. Clearly talented but lacking Cickt IQ?
