Bowlers and fielders were disappointing, but it was the early wickets that hurt the Heat tonight. 148 was never going to be enough on that wicket and unfortunately, our bowlers weren't good enough to tighten the screws.

Some of our roster is shit but to be fair at least we have some pretty exciting players. Lynn, Cutting etc.

Take the Scorchers for instance -- they win a lot more due to having such strong bowlers but their batting line up is pretty boring. Nobody outside of Klinger really does much. Carberry will get a decent 50 and then face 30 balls the next innings and strike below 100. If we can just replace Duffield will a high quality bowler and Vettori & Floros with someone who can bat and bowl well (as opposed to doing both poorly) I think we'll improve a lot.
