Exactly Coxy - the legal system doesn't allow a case to go to court unless there is at least a 50% chance there may be a conviction, so there must have been SOME evidence (enough for the police to put in place an order preventing him from being anywhere near the girl so he had to move), though it clearly wasn't enough to convince the jury, or the defence team put enough doubt in the juror's minds.

I wasn't there when the incident happened, haven't seen the evidence, or heard the cases put forward so I don't know either way and won't put forward an opinion as to guilt or otherwise.

I just hope he can just get on with his life/career.

I'm not dumb enough to suggest he's guilty. Nor am I retarded enough to think the girl made it all up and should be charged with fraud herself.

Afterall, he was pissed off his nut so there's already aggravated circumstances for whatever may or may not have happened. Wish more people would take the hint that getting plastered is just a recipe for disaster.

Whatever really happened - no one knows except them two. That is the 'beauty' of it I suppose. None of us can really bet our life on Stewart or the girl.

Regardless I agree with The Rock... by law he was found not guilty and it is good for the game. Also personally 'assuming' the not guilty verdict is correct I think the fact that he will always be associated with this incident is punishment enough.

Not guilty by law. Let us move on.
