Ben Talty is such a ****ing legend. The kind of class we are so lucky to have, it's unbelievable that he wasn't getting a run in Sydney. He said what you could say is "unfortunate" is that he "wasn't here since November 1st" and the "boys are getting what they deserve".

That was the year I joined, I remember defending Shane Perry like crazy. In hindsight I think I definitely overrated him, though I still think overall he was a bit underrated, but having Lockyer, Berrigan and Hodges/Hunt as his partners made the job pretty easy.
