Sorry I am a tourist. I am just so pumped after Sunday. Alot of people are favouring the Storm based on them being able to go to another level. But why would anyone assume they can just do that. Broncos are the team in form and shall win it.
We have been playing on another level for a month. We will go up a level for the GF, Storm will have to go up 2 levels just to match it with us.
Congrats on your first post too!

I don’t think we’re getting the credit for knocking off Penrith, without Carrigan.

Carrigan supports Haas and his ball playing unlocks Walsh.

I’m more confident going into this final than 2015 and 2023.

I remember joining the old version of this broncos forum back in the mid/late 90s via some broncos mailing list (early dial-up internet, pre-google days). I think someone named Chris Cox (is he still around?) sent an email asking if anyone was interested if he created a broncos forum.

So that would make this forum about 29 years old?

I didn't start posting until 29 years later though
there is a guy called coxy who joined in 2008

Nice of the Broncs to be accommodative of fans, but you don't get the pictures of Red Hill busting at the seems

The bollocks about the storm having an extra two days is just that a load of bollocks.

Paddy has had three weeks and he's one of our main dudes, and don't forget Ezra, Reyno and Xman did not have to go though the grueling 93 minute faders game so they're still on full tanks. Indeed, all three will be even better for Sunday's run.

The main thing for me was even though Walshy threw that last pass for Mariner his game was relatively quiet. I was thinking something was bugging him when he nearly missed his first kick and then he hit the post with his second.

I think @Broncosgirl or someone else said that he was seen away from the squad crying during the warm up and I thought that was bollocks too. But maybe there was something in that. I hope it has now been sorted and he's able to slay this game on Sunday.

We've got this!

He's not wrong.
We just kept on coming at the riff and a couple of things fell our way but if you don't put yourself in those positions nothing happens.
The ball did not get to our edges as quickly and cleanly on the back of shape like it was when Hunt was 7 and Billy was 6.
Pat will make a difference but it was a concern before the game and it remains a concern for the GF.

I've been saying this for awhile now, and $40m could be conservative to be honest.
I would take what 'celebrity agent' Max Markson says cautiously.

He's right int the fact that Walshy's popularity, and therefore marketability is extreme however, he needs to be careful what he commits to off the field.

At present, his marketability is intrinsically tied his to success on the field - if that slips, or he has a significant off-field incident, then so too will the $$.

He seems to have good people advising him though. He's recently employed Britt Pince who owns a PR agency for athletes to manage a lot of his off-field media.

He also doesn't seem to be jumping at every opportunity presented to him. For example, he was offered around $75,000 by a clothing manufacturer to produce merch with the words ‘Reece Plumbing’ following the toilet-water incident. He and his manager decided to knock it back as it was literally would have been a quick cash grab and he wanted to focus on finals footy - if he had done it and things had turned bad; he would have been crucified for being distracted and not prioritising footy.
