True if your a top 4 team your making the 8 regardless of draw and most of the 8 are there to exist a few more weeks at best.

The only issue is when you lose a top 2 or top 4 spot to a shit kicker because of it.

They are the two big benchmarks which help massively to get you into a GF and or win it.

The clubs that get tougher draws due to favourible TV matchups should get a higher salary cap. They're bringing in dollars for the NRL and more draw more eyeballs: surely you want them to have a better 17 for the spectacle????

Interesting table from Reddit... it's the average times we play each team in the regular season between 2010-2025.

Cows, dolphins, titans, storm and Souths our highest at more than 1.88

Tigers way last at 1.06... that is the LOWEST frequency tigers have against any other team. Highest frequency they have is against parra and Souths... shouldn't their rivalry be with west Sydney teams and Manly (fibros vs silvertails)... why are Souths in there??
