Samford is about 25/30mins from Red Hill. It’s a lovely “country town” that’s become quite exclusive. A lot of Broncos lived there back in the day.
Everton Park and Bracken Ridge are bogan suburbs that have become valuable because of their proximity to the city. If he’s owned them for 5-10 years he’d have made plenty of profit off them.

Dunno where the heck Durack is? I’m assuming the south side which doesn’t count.

I'm quite excited to see Walsh develop and improve over the next 4 years. Walsh is my favourite player and once his professionalism improves, along with his football development, he'll be bigger than Slater in my opinion.
