South's swooped when the time was right. More of henjak thinking he was too good for the players.
He received **** all flak. This has been the biggest thing that has ****ed me off with Broncos fans, with the thought that Broncos and QLD origin are almost one and the same. Inglis totally ****s us in the ass. The next time we played Souths I was expecting everyone to boo inglis like crazy and people just cheered him, presumably because he plays for Queensland. I couldn't believe it. **** Inglis, never forgive.

Just some confirmation that Henjak was the reason Inglis backed out of his deal.
I'd say the bigger contract the bunnies offered also had a lot to do with it as well
I'd have done exactly the same as Inglis if I got word of the coach being a paranoid maniac and many of my soon to be teammates being unhappy as a result...
See that's a load of crap. The negotiations went on for AGES, you'd think if he had concerns about the coach it would have been discussed BEFORE the handshake deal. Or if not meeting the coach was a problem, why agree to terms? Or are we to believe that his future teammates warded him off with these concerns after he'd committed?
Barba and DCE to Brisbane. Josh Hoffman to bulldogs. This from Hoffmann mngr and DCE father. For next year
I think it's highly likely his Origin teammates at the Broncos expressed doubt about Ivan. Remember, he made the decision mid year when the Broncos were recovering, and things weren't looking too bad. After that, Locky got his rib injury, which Henjak allegedly forced him to sit out of the final round with a top 8 spot on the line. Broncos bowed out of the season. Players, administrators, fans, sponsors all unhappy...lots of speculation throughout the off season that he'd be punted. Negative review came out, Bruno said he'd stick by Henjak...
And it was November/December when Inglis pulled the pin.
Then Paul White came in, Henjak got punted.
Would Inglis have stayed if they had sacked Henjak in September? Who knows. But I think it's a legitimate reason why he pulled the pin, and I don't blame him. The uncertainty would've been unsettling for all players, let alone someone joining the club.
We all knew that was one of the reasons G.I. didn't sign with us. (Players telling him about Henjak)
Bahaha. So your tight with Hoffmans manager are you?
This is from someone I know at Fox sports news.... Hard to believe I know but is this not the player movements rumours posting area?
I am skeptical also.....but there is always hope :) someone over the next 10 years might sign with us that wasn't a signing like buying your second hand car back!
