Milford hasn't performed for so many years though on top dollar. If he was in the real world in the workforce he wouldn't be getting an extension from his employer based on his performance.

I mean, you’re not wrong but I’m sure a lot of employers would consider the extension if paying a third of the wage is an option.

His input is fine for 300k, the concern would be how much of a drain he is on the rest of the team. Milf for 300k would be a great deal for the titans or some other fresh start but I think really the club needs to rid themselves of him and start again.
