who knows when it comes to the NRL. maybe they're still pretending that the salary cap is the great evener of the comp

so far all clubs that had players stood down under the no fault stand down policy have received cap relief

IIRC, it was also reported that in the event Mam receives a lengthy suspension from the NRL, we would likely get salary cap relief.
