Broncos team v Sharks

Re: the Wests game. I think that was a one off due to contractual obligations between Nine and the NRL which has been disrupted by the recent rep games. That game was shown in all League markets aswell, not just Brisbane.

it's not a bad side, Sharks will be missing Gallen and Bird, which are big losses considering Bird orchestrates a lot of their attack these days.

Carroll back in the side this week will definitely help. Whats the deal with Parker?

Why not -

1. Boyd
6. Wallace
7. Ennis
9. PJ Marsh

Frankly Marsh looked lost out there on Sunday playing as what, centre? 5/8? I think the Ennis/Wallace 6/7 would work better than Wallace/Stagg.

Wallace played 5/8 for most of last season at Penrith and Ennis can be versatile enough to play first receiver. Plus I think Marsh can add the go forward just as good as Ennis.

That would be interesting but i can't see Bennet/Henjack changing the positions that much. Anyways last year when Ennis played 7 didnt he play pretty sh!t?
I think moon should get a go at 5/8 first then maybe try somthing like that. I hope that Henjack isn't so much like Bennet that he never makes any changes even if they are going crap.

Keep Ennis at 9 - where he belongs.

Marsh IMO is the logical 5/8, or rotate with Wallace - and don't be too harsh on him. He's been out for ages. Give him time.

Stagg is a forward - keep him there. He's a lousy option at 5/8.

MOON IS NOT A 5/8.

And HENJAK IS HENJAK - not HENJACK.

Spoke to Corey on Sunday nite, he hopes to be back this week [icon_pray.

As posted in the other thread.

Parker should be back
No Lockyer
Hunt, Thaiday, Hodges and Hannant maybe all MIA as well.
Tunsa unsure

Should probably have looked before I started a new thread.

I think that bennett just gives halves r fair go at proving they can work together. It takes time to work together as halves combo and people are always so quick to have a go at the halves cause there not gelling together.
I think we have to pick a halves pairing and just stick with it. Stagg and Wallace will hopefully improve each week but if we keep changing it around they never have a chance to work together. I know lockyer is coming back eventually but until then I think we should just stick with a halves combo. It didnt work on the weekend but every team has a bad week, If there going to change it then cxhange and stick with it dont keep changing it every week.

I think this early in the year, with the great start we have had we can afford to give some youngsters a taste of first grade. Give Beale, Hunt a go. Even Hoffman (i think it is @ fullback) looked very dangerous in the Broncos U20 game v Manly.
