Got to thinking about the double header next week and since there is no Broncos game this week thought i would start this topic a bit early.

1. Hunt
2. Winterstein
3. Beale
4. Hodges
5. Michaels
6. Lockyer
7. Wallace
8. Mcguire
9. McCullough
10. Clinton
11. Thaiday
12. Glenn
13. Parker

14. Taylor
15. Setu
16. Carroll
17. Williams

Beale is out for the season. So Move Michaels back to centre and put Hoffman on the wing IMO. I would ppck Hoffman because at the moment he seems to be first choice to replace Hunt for next year and it would be good to get a bit more first grade experience into him.
Te'o will be unlucky to miss out. Hes coming back at a bad time - Taylor just had his best game ever and obviously deserves to stay and Setu had his best game in a broncos jersey so far. Carroll obviously wont be dropped and Williams has been solid for us so far.

Hoffman is playing on Wednesday night in one of the games before Origin (Residents I think) so I have doubts over whether he will play.

I wish Henjak would use Hewitt instead of the younger players. He has first grade experience and has been solid in the Q-Cup for most of the year. IMO Yow Yeh is too small. Gets thrown around when he has the ball and pushed off in defence. Copley seems like a good prospect but it remains to be seen whether he is up to consistant first grade for the next 8 weeks.

1. Hunt
2. Winterstein
3. Michaels
4. Hodges
5. Copley
6. Lockyer
7. Wallace
8. McGuire
9. McCullough
10. Clinton (if fit)
11. Thaiday
12. Te'o
13. Parker

14. Glenn
15. Setu
16. Taylor
17. Carroll
18. Williams
19. Marsh (back up for Lockyer)
20. Hoffman (back up for Hodges/Hunt)

Hard to know whether Setu or Teo will get a run. I think Williams showed enough to start again, could he go for 80 minutes? He looks as if he could, and if he could he could provide us with what we're missing with the loss of Stagg.

And is Yow Yeh injured? There's no reason not to give him another go. The Hoff looks the goods but he doesn't look a winger to me.

No doubt that Ivan will name a thousand man squad though in case any of the Origin boys don't back up.

1. Hunt
2. Winterstein
3. Hodges
4. Michaels
5. Yow Yeh
6. Lockyer
7. Wallace
8. McGuire
9. McCullough
10. Clinton
11. Parker
12. Thaiday
13. Williams
------------------------------
14. Glenn
15. Taylor
16. Carroll
17. Teo/Setu

If not Hoffman on the wing I would have Copley.

Given our run home to the finals, but particularly since this game is 48 hours after SoO, I'd rest Hodges in particular, and Lockyer.

Fair go rock, we know how injury prone Hodges is... fair call to rest him if you ask me. Perhaps you are a little upset that he is coming back to destroy NSW.....

We can't afford to be resting players. Given how tight the ladder is from 5th to 9th every point is important. I know the Rabbitohs should be easy, but they've shown this season they can turn up to play occasionally. The last thing we need is a loss to the Rabbits. All players on deck imo.

I really think you have to take Hodges when you can get him. Chances are he'll be injured/suspended at least once more this year so no point resting him if he's right to play.

correct schmix.

And people try and say hodges is one me the best centres ever! Lolz

How would we even know? He doesnt stay on the field long enough to show us his form.

Andrew walker was great too...

13. Parker

I read today that Winterstein had broken his jaw - but as I continued reading I found out it was Frank Winterstein thankfully.

Have we given Yow Yeh the flick?

Yes. He's a defensive liability. Should spend some time in QLD Cup.

Henjak won't have to decide to rest Hodges - odds on he comes out of Wednesday's game with an injury anyway.

It almost looks that way.

Though I still don't think Glenn should be a winger. Michaels/Winterstein on the wings with Hodges/Glenn paired in the centres IMO.

We really should win this one. Hope the dead rubber doesn't throw up Bronco injuries!

I really hope Setu can follow up on his last hit out with another solid outing. He has all the talent, but we have yet to see it.
