Robinson seems like arguably the smartest coach in the NRL. Surely Ferguson at fullback is not the preferred scenario.

I'd say he'd get first crack. Latrell Mitchell would have to be in the mix somewhere too ......

It would be a waste for Ferguson to play there. He's just so deadly in the centres, and he doesn't exactly have any ball playing skills for fullback. Was pretty bad there in his stints earlier in his career too.
Mitchell will probably be at fullback in 2017, if he doesn't end up in jail first. Hastings and Pearnice in the halves, Friend at hooker. Maybe they'll try to use Nikorima in the centres and maybe get rid of Jennings after a while. They are very efficient in signings players in their peak, using them and losing them once they hit the latter end of their careers.
