Yes! I always say this in discussions about their cap cheating and whether the players knew. Cameron Smith was being reported as set to sign for Gold Coast as Melbourne couldn't compete with what they were offering. Then at the eleventh hour he re-signs with Melbourne.

Pretty huge. Smith has a great footy brain and if there's one weakness in our team it's Hooker.

He has a great relationship with Bellamy so makes sense to go to him for advice. He lives on the Goldy from memory so nothing much changes for him and his family.

What does Matt Ballin think about this development ?
Dude took the Broncos to 2 grand finals . Won Origins with Qld . But .....

All but confirms that Bellyache is set on retiring. Add in the losses of the last month and now Katoa might be done - their squad is going through some big changes - take out Bellyache and if Munny goes to the Bears, Jehrome's got 3-4 seasons left. That's a club headed to a bad place.... good! lol

Pretty sure it's just 1 day a week as a mentor to the leadership group... I think he also works with the dummy halves, because he can't help himself when he sees them all on the field
