Chappell-Hadlee Trophy

Question: Can Zampa bat?

Don't know anything about him so just wondering if he can contribute with the bat at all.

I know he can hit a ball. Won a Big Bash game for the Strikers with a six off the last ball. Not sure about his ability to dig out an innings in a ODI or Frist class game.

Cheers, he was next in after Hastings so it very nearly came down to him.

Bailey and Maxwell have had shockers with the bat in this series so hopefully they can lift a bit in the decider so our middle order doesn't fall apart so easily. Very impressed with Khawaja's return to the ODI format as well, certainly an improvement on that useless prick SMarsh.

Zampa is actually pretty decent with the bat, he has already got some decent scores. He is essentially a bowling all-rounder, in the style of a Vettori level with the bat. Would love to see him develop that side of his game as Agar is doing.

Agar is more of a batting allrounder these days.
