as for the boots, the bottom pair look the best, although i dont mind the yellows either.

i remember it was as early as 97 when i bought a pair of green boots and i was ridiclued at every game because i had a pair of boots that werent black lol. they were very uncommon back then.

My runners are Asics as are my cricket cleats.

If i was playing league or union i'd probably get a pair of Asics, but since it's for "soccer" i'm not really into the design of their boots for striking the ball and what not. icon_smile

I have a pair of the new gel lethal ultimates for training. Just that bit more comfort at training.

For games I wear the Nike Total 90 Laser II K FG. Good leather upper, not too narrow which is usually a problem with my foot.

Yeah the lethal ultimates IGS4 are the bomb! Last year's model came in a 2E width, which is perfect for me, since that's what I wear for running shoes. So comfortable.

I hope this year's have the 2E as well - want to get a new pair for state cup in April.

Yeah the black and white comes in a 2E. I still find my pair quite wide and I normally try and get 2E running shoes.

Plus, the new ones look slick as!
