Coach whisperer heads to Brisbane

I keep looking at the new KIA logo and all I keep seeing is the initials of our coach. Did they change it because they new Kevvie was a winner?
I hope they update the logo on the jersey at some point. The new one is far more palatable

I think the guys an absolute quack but I mean, it appears to not have hindered the roosters too much.
Appears it would be 'as required' rather than full time basis as he was at the chooks. Guess we need all the help we can get at the minute.

Walters said:

“He was just here having a look. He won’t be involved with the Broncos. He is a good friend of mine. He asked if he could come up and watch training so he is more than welcome to come and get a burger from the BBQ.”

Don't tell the trees

“Can I explain what he does? No. Will I try to? No. Do I believe in what he is doing? One hundred per cent I do. Bradley is a great fella, he has wonderful ideas and I love his professionalism and the way he goes about things. He’s been a strong advocate and a good person to bounce things off and talk about things from a different perspective. I like Bradley’s positive mindset more than anything else.”

On tonight's trial:

“We are on the right track. It’s a really important game for us, we need to draw a line in the sand tomorrow night against the Cowboys and where that line is going to be is up to the playing group. I’m very excited about this game, it’s still a trial, but I’m looking forward to watching our progress over the season.”

Also.

'It is understood Walters has been unable to guarantee him a position at the club, although he has indicated there could be some work for Stubbs during the year.'

I thought cocaine damaged the nasal passage. Procter might need some advice on delivery methods.
My missus does that voice every time Darren Lockyer's name comes up.

Code for the author (Brent Read in the Australian) just made that up.

Interview with Stubbs. Please don't give this jackass money:

Genuinely thought he is a journalist to be believed, one of the better ones. No so you say.

Not really, just when the author adds editorial that contradicts the coach, I wouldn't necessarily put extra weight on it.

In this case he switched to passive voice and put it at arm's length and said "it is understood." That's like saying here's the rumour (wink, wink).

I guarantee you the Roosters had this bloke around after watching Dinner for Schmucks one night.
Have to say, that film, I greatly prefer the original "Le Dîner de Cons." Literal translation: "the dinner of *****."
