Corey Parker has no time for players who dive to milk penalties

My pet hate and something that seems to happen all the time to us is where we are deliberately fouled in the attacking quarter to buy time for the defence and allow them to get their line set. It not only happens against us I should note as well.

In my view this is a professional foul and if it happens repeatedly the refs should be growing a set and sin-binning the players involved (after having given a warning of course).

Until this starts occurring it seems to have become a legitimate coaching technique and there is no disincentive to it occurring.

I absolutely agree ...

I believe Robinson and the Roosters started this BS tactic

That's incredibly hard to judge. I know we all scream dive when it looks like there wasn't contact with the head but there are too many factors involved to say a player wasn't actually winded. Unless it's a soccer style dive then you just can't make that call.
Not all are black and white of course, and I don't mean that it has to be either one or the other. Of course there needs to be clear evidence of a dive to punish a player. If there is no reason for a high tackle, albeit the player was nevertheless hit hard and could be winded, play on.

But if the refs do adjudicate a penalty/report, the player goes off for a concussion test, end of story!

My first thought was "What about your mate Hodges?"

I wonder if Parker has had any words to Boyd..
