Darius Boyd

The only thing I'd like to see from Boyd now is really genuinely pinning the ears back and taking the line on himself. I think at times he looks to set up someone else on his outside, but he needs to be a bit more selfish. He has speed, strength, footwork and I'd love to see him just be a bit more explosive with ball in hand rather than looking to pass.

But other than that, he was immense coming out of our half. He kept us in the contest when all our forwards were buggered. He was the most involved I've seen him all year.

I didn't want to make the comparison, but he was truly Lockyer like. His vision and game smarts are far above anyone else in the team. Even his short kicking game goes alright

Phenomenal player.

I said this last night. He was Locky-esque for the entire game - cool as you like controlling the play & completely dominating. Such a shame he dropped that kick, it was an epic kick - Feldt nailed it, the height the spin the position. Sigh.

Darbs for Captain 2017 has my vote.

Yes, made me look silly...
You can add me to the group of people that Darius has made to eat a big slice of humble pie.

I never expected anything like this grom him and he has left his Knights form a long way behind him.

In fact, he is IMO, he is the most complete fullback in the comp
