Bali is where kids with **** all money go after they've saved up enough after working at maccas for a year, I'm quite sure Fifita & Haas could've afforded to go to Vegas for a few days or something..

Edit: I suppose a lot of under 21's go to Bali because they don't give a **** about your age when serving alcohol as well.

These guys put themselves into positions where shit like this can happen. This is what happens.

It's not going to happen to everyone but it's happened to a lot of people.

He's a young kid that went out to have some drinks and enjoy his life. He's allowed to do that. This could happen literally anywhere and the expectation from people that they should avoid going out to have a good time because something bad may happen is unrealistic and quite frankly, stupid. He needs to be smarter about how he handles situations but to avoid putting themselves in these situations they need to pretty much shield themselves away from society. That's no way to live life.

There will be a token suspension imposed, but if NAS got three games for that full on street brawl, this must only be 1-2 games.

Firstly, obviously there is nothing better than when someone decides what everyone else would do based on their own experiences and tastes.

Secondly, I wouldn’t go to Bali if it was all paid for. That place is a third world shithole. I couldn’t give a **** if this guys want to go to holiday destinations and act like fuckheads but at least go somewhere decent. You have the money so don’t go to improvised, corrupt shitholes like Bali.

Watching the CCTV footage will expose the fuax outrage and needless calls from some people that what Fifita did was somehow deserving of some sort of heavy suspension. The howls of anguish are really quite preposterous.

What I saw was a young kid enjoying a night out that ended with a harmless bit of hi-jinx. It looked to me that he felt able to reach out to the security officer as he was on a bike and not restrained in a car. The security guard walked away immediately after the incident and does not even rub his head. There was no hint of a pre-planned assault or malice aforethought.

This is the biggest storm in a tea cup I have seen for some time and the faux outrage has one reason and one reason only - to create a news headline.

How sad our lives have become when those in the media think this is newsworthy.

What we should be seeing and reading about is the justified outrage that someone can be held in police custody for such a minor breach of the peace.

While I fully agree that the security guard has every right to expect to do his job unhindered, but did this really warrant a police arrest?

I’m really not sure who you are directing this towards though? All I want is for him not to go to that shithole anymore.

The Broncos should just be supporting him to the hilt and using this as a way to re-sign him long term. Convince Mrs Fifita that the Broncos are the only place that can look after her son properly.

What pisses me off about this most is that all I’ve heard from the broncos is how much of a good role model and leader this guy is. A future captain of the club they say. Who the hell actually seen that in him?

The guy is obviously a thug. Just because you go to a couple of community events (probably forced to by the broncos anyway) it doesn’t make you a good role model.
