Denan Kemp

FTR - Easts didn't want to play him.

Was that a big reason why they had an outside back on the bench?? Kemp looked hurt after his first tackle he is clearly not up to physical contact yet.

Didn't play, well he wasn't named so I doubt he played.

It's safe to say that's it for the year for him then. I can't express my huge dissapointment enough.

The QLD Cup teams that get named are never something to go by. Just saying...

Kemp did not play last weekend. Easts not playing this weekend (it's the second weekend of the split round).

To be fair on Kempy 2010 has been a b***h of a season.

Not only did he bust his ribs against the Kiwis but he also suffered an injury in the preseason which kept him out of a trial (or was it 2?). Hopefully he gives himself some proper 'r and r' and gets himself right for 2011.

Will never forget some of the flashes he showed in that game against the Cowboys.

Quick, somebody get the match winning try on, we need something to lighten the mood.

Come back Kempy... I miss you

*sigh*

People can say what they like about how 80% of the tries he just had to catch the ball and score, but on so many occasions it just showed good game awareness to be in the right position (come in to support a break, stay on his wing expecting the face ball, see when his opposite winger had come up and in and tell his inside men to put the grubber in for him).

He's a damn good winger.

He is very versatile. Apparently he excelled in a few sports as a kid and had a hard time deciding which one he would pursue well. Our fathers were good friends and work collegues (at the Catholic Education Department - lol) so Dad heard alot about him while he was growing up.

He showed in that video that he has all the attributes for a perfect winger. Shame we haven't been able to see it this year.

Perhaps he would have been better of pursuing another one of them?

Even if fit, we don't need to disturb the team we're fielding at the moment.

Of course not. But we're losing one of our "team we're fielding at the moment" next season so Kemp should, with a preseason under his belt and hopefully free of injury next year, be his replacement.

Why?? He's an awesome league player.

But I know what you mean about disturbing our team at the moment. I don't like changes when things are going well - or look like getting it together.

Looks like he probably won't be fit for us this year anyway.

Next year will be a different story though.

You also need to add to your first sentence 'and unless Kemp himself is 100% fit', which he is not ATM.

I was just watching the Kemp compilation again, so many time Kemp provided me moments that made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up . He is awesome I just hope we get to see more of him.

Let's get Broncos TV to do an interview with Kemp and also interview Ivan about Kemp!

lol, he's really not that important to i nterview Ivan about him specifically hahaha.
Besides I think another Hodges video would be better, perhaps even the greatest one lockyer, he doesn't seem to have that many interviews.
