Thats Shane Webcke he is a former player that debuted in 1995 and retired in 2006 with 254 Broncos games, 21 origins for Queensland and 21 tests for Australia. He also was a fill-in captain on occasions.

This ad was aired in 2004 and Shane Webcke is a Broncos legend. Also Dale Copley was 13 in 2004 so he would've just started high-school then, also he didn't play for us till 2009
