Dragqueens v Broncos

Would they be dropped if this were a finals match? Somehow I doubt it. Henjak is not setting a standard, he's setting a double standard.

Thaiday was dropped this time last year when we were struggling with injuries aswell... its not ideal but with a team as young as it is its neccesary... those guys are senior players in this group and the young guys need to see there are standards that apply to everyone...

That's what I was saying about a poor decision haunting us - let's hope Ivan is brave enough to follow the precedent he set himself

And credit to Henjak for looking at the bigger picture, in terms of addressing the squad's poor attitude, and not being solely concerning with winning on Friday night.

So, who have we got in the backline now? Norman, Copley, Glenn, Beale.. and Rivett? Or is he injured?

Henjak also revealed 20-year-old Mitch Rivett, who made his debut on the wing, was another addition to his growing injury list after badly twisting his ankle late in the game.

Fair call by Henjack, must have been a hard decision, but imo the right one. The last thing a team low on confidence and form need is complacency. As long as he sticks to this all season I applaud him. Hopefully the players will rally around each other this week and start playing as a team.

should I bother going to this game or just watch it at the hotel?

The precedent has been set, so lets hope he sticks with it, no matter who the player is.

Upto you Penny, are you the type of supporter there for the team when they are only winning or are you there supporting them when they need you most just like when they are doing great? I certainly showed up to games back in 1999 when we couldn't win bugger all.

FM, when it rains it bloody pours, lol.

The circumstances of this season are, at present, beyond ridiculous.

Hope our faux-U20s side can play their arses off and restrict the Dragqueens somewhat. It'll be all about attitude this week.

Im gonna go still haha, it was more open wondering about how bad things are going atm. However, Im putting in the effort of flying into sydney early to go to this game, and then taking a 4 hr train trip to get there, so they better fucking put in this time!

Actually let's hope the players don't put him in the position of having to

He is flying into Sydney and then driving to Canberra to get the train (just jokes)

there and back is 4 hours combined yeah? thats what the nsw rail website says. Ive never been to Wollongong in my life.

Oh I thought you meant you were thinking it would take 4 hours 1 way! If you manage to get an express it should only be 3 hours there and back.
