Fixed.

no it was better my way.

last week we had the players to win. and he decided to put gillett on the wing? te'o into the back row and beale at left centre.

3 tries later we were gone.

te'o was impressive left centre defence. he may not read the slide as good as a centre but one on one he brought down everyone and didnt require inside help or outside help. we need that sort of solidity in the centres and im sorry te'o if you want to get more involved then run the ball more but in defence we need you there.

when we were down by 6 we were solid. then henjak rung the changes to get ben hunt game time and beale game time. i really didnt see any tiring players that required such a move. maybe one could come on as a straight switch for macca (who is an 80 min player now) but the rest should have been left and was working.

i might be one of the only people actually impressed with the team named. i am just worried in how it will be used. if hoffman drops off the bench then i see the backs staying as they are while on the field which to me offers stability and we will see the results in defence.

It's actually probably not the worst time to play the Dragons.... even with our full strength team it'd be a tough ask to go down there and win, so it was never a guaranteed two points anyway.

It really gives me the shits though knowing that our entire first choice backline is out as well as our hardest working forward.

When you put it that way I actually see a positive.
We would probably lose anyway against the dragons so it's better off to get that game now while we would lose to any team anyway.

And next time we face them its up here with hopefully a fit squad.

shaneomac, Gillett had to be put out on the wing, he was suffering from his injury he carried into the game and we we very low on intercganges

Nick Kenny has also been ruled out of this Friday nights match against the Dragons. Ten news said he had a back injury! No news on his replacement probably McGuire or Hala

Another one bites the dust.

Its now a matter of "Who's Next" i feel like im watching wCw in the 90's and Goldberg is running thru our team.

May not be any replacement from the side named tuesday, I would imagine he was always in doubt since he was named on the bench and Hoffman was 18th man... Hoffman may come on in the centres for Glenn to move into the backrow and Lui to play prop... not much different to last week with beale on the bench...

I can't fibd anything on the web about it

Wallace supports the decision, even if it robs Brisbane of two of its better backline options. Te'o, usually a backrower, has been masquerading in the centres as cover for the injured Israel Folau, one of the club's legion of hobbled stars that includes Corey Parker (knee), Jharal Yow Yeh (knee), Justin Hodges (knee), Denan Kemp (ribs) and now prop Nick Kenny, who was ruled out late today with a back complaint.

Broncos minus Kenny due to back injury

Injury-ravaged Brisbane have taken another big hit with senior prop Nick Kenny ruled out of Friday night's NRL clash with St George Illawarra with a back injury.

The 27 year-old joins Justin Hodges, Israel Folau, Corey Parker, Jharal Yow Yeh, Steve Michaels and Denan Kemp in Brisbane's rehab club while two other front-line players, Ben Te'o and Antonio Winterstein will miss the battle after being dropped for disciplinary reasons for turning up late to weights training on Tuesday morning.

Kenny has a history of back problems having undergone surgery last year.

He trained on Monday but pulled up in considerable pain and a decision was made not to take any risks.

"Nick pulled up sore with a lower back complaint earlier in the week," said Henjak after his heavy underdogs trained impressively at Red Hill on Wednesday.

"Maybe we could have gone with him and hoped he came good by Friday but it just would have been another downer for us (if he couldn't play).

"We wanted to have a good training session today with everyone who's going to play."

Hoffman has been playing in the centers for Redcliffe, So it is likely he will move into the centers with Glenn either on the Bench or in the backrow
