Backing into the playoffs is never ideal as it usually means a one week stay of execution but it isn't as bad as 2007 where we snuck in when Newc lost in OT on the Fri nite, two days later we celebrated by getting pumped 68-22 vs Parra then 40-0 by Melb one week later in a game best remembered for being Ian Lacey's last and Alwyn Simpson's only. While there is life, there is always hope but Micheal Morgan and Matt Scott have to be contained or it's going to be a mismatch.

Can't see us winning. I think our record against top 8 sides is by far the lowest out of the finalists. Cowboys are only shit away from home. At home they are genuine contenders.

2007 was the seasons end from hell. Just about everyone was injured, it was a loonng season including the World Challenge, and we had to play a red hot (and illegal) Storm in the first week.

They can't do that, he's still technically contracted to the Knights until November first I believe.

Perfect timing! Got my footy tipping break up Saturday night over at my uncles house (All mad Broncos supporters.. except my Dad who supports the Chooks :/)

I think it's possible that we win, but we really need Hoffman back in the side, ideally Gillett as well, but I won't hold my breath on that one, this is the side I'm expecting.
