Well key difference is that Ezra was sober as a judge when he was driving... but the pearl clutchers don't want to acknowledge that.

Pearl is a broncos legend... hope the club don't try to turn their back on him.
Release a statement like "Pearl is a great of the club and we will look to do everything we can to help him out"
Or something like that... basically offer to help him with rehab or different things like that... not help him out with legal costs and things

Can't wait to see the Sydney media coverage considering Trindall was 0.129 when he was caught drink driving and also having drugs in his system... Pearl's is worse, but Trindall was nearing 3x over and is a current player... and the immediate response was a redemption story from Buzzed feeling sorry for him

Lucky outcome. Drink driving is playing russian roulette with other peoples lives and turns otherwise good hearted people into murderers.
