The police charged him in a way that suggests he wasn't impaired. So we can stop talking about this.

He was in a traffic accident. These are daily occurences, put the radio on if you need proof of this. So this is nothing. Don't put words in people's mouths to suit what is a terrible argument. I don't think driving on the wrong side of the road is ok, I just know traffic accidents happen for a variety of reasons, including fuckwits behind the wheel.

I'm struggling to find where I'm meant to associate this pathetic outrage from fans. If it was $2000 would it be ok? $3000? Jail time? Sacked from life forever? What exactly would have been acceptable?

Here's a quick google result to show how rediculous you are all being by thinking this isn't acceptable. You're all just wanting him to be treated harsher under the law because he's a Bronco. It's bullshit.

Lucile Fernez

Fernez, 23, pleaded guilty in court to drink driving after an incident on November 2 in Dalby.

About 11.56pm police intercepted Fernez’s vehicle on Oakwood St subjecting her to a random breath test where she returned a reading of 0.114.

Fernez told police she had decided to drive because she had been out and got a stomach ache, so wanted to get home as quickly as possible.

Fernez had been sentenced for the same offence almost to the day one year prior.

She was fined $650, received a three month loss of licence and no conviction was recorded.

Ricky Phillip Shoobert

Shoobert, 49, pleaded guilty to driving with a relevant drug in his salvia after an incident on September 7.

About 12.20pm on Pratten St Dalby, police intercepted a vehicle and subjected Shoobert to a drug test where he returned a positive reading for THC.

Shoobert had been in court just nine months prior for the same offence.

He was subject to a $450 fine, a two month loss of licence and no conviction.

Jayne Turner

Turner appeared in court and pleaded guilty to driving without a licence and driving during a licence confiscation period.

About 12.48pm Turner was pulled over by police on Archibald St where it was revealed she was driving unlicensed.

She was issued an on the spot fine and her plates were confiscated.

Several hours later at 5.20pm on the same day Turner was again detected by police this time on Cooper St, Dalby driving with the confiscated plates.

Turner told the court she had recently moved from Toowoomba to Tara to look after her mother and had decided to drive because she didn't want to leave her car in Dalby out of fear it would be damaged.

For driving without a licence she was fined $150 and for driving with confiscated plates she was fined $400.

No conviction was recorded.

Mia Louise-Anne Prince

Prince, 21, pleaded guilty to driving unlicensed and driving while a relevant drug was present in her salvia after an incident on August 29.

The court was told about 8pm on Condamine St Dalby police intercepted a vehicle and when Prince was asked for her licence she produced an expired provisional licence.

She was then subject to a drug test returning a positive reading for methamphetamine.

She was fined $150 for the expired licence, $350 for the drug reading and a three month loss of licence.

No conviction was recorded.

Kaylee Therese Flanagan

Flanagan, 36, also faced court on Tuesday pleading guilty to driving while uninsured, unregistered, under the influence of drugs and in possession of a knife.

On September 8 about 10pm in Dalby police intercepted a vehicle on Stuart St where it was found that Flanagan was uninsured and unregistered.

The court was told that after a search of the car police also located a knife.

Flanagan was then subjected to a drug test which returned a positive reading for methamphetamine.

Flanagan’s lawyer Paige Hetherington told the court her client was on a number of medications, including dexamphetamine, which may have produced the reading for methamphetamine.

Flanagan said after the incident she had gone home and read the label on her medications which said not to drive for at least 48 hours after taking.

Ms Heatherington said her client had previously used meth but had been clean for four years except for one relapse last year.

Despite this Flanagan failed to bring her medication or script to court and magistrate Kathleen Payne said without it she was just relying on her word.

For all four charges she was fined $1707, received a six month loss of licence and the court ordered a forfeiture of the knife.

No conviction was recorded.

Am I not expressing mine? My opinion that those clutching pearls are just being emotional and somewhat silly? I'm not doing that in a negative or offensive way, and I'm coming with receipts to prove my point. You don't have to reply, but if you ask a question of me, I'm going to do my best to answer it.
