The fastest try I can remember was in Origin 3 2001, Alfie's comeback game. From memory Queensland dropped the ball on the first hitup and NSW scored from the ensuing scrum. Might have been 30-something seconds.

It's got nothing on that one though. But I must say although the bounce was very lucky, the defence following it was terrible.

That is one of those situations where the opposition coaches clipboard gets thrown at the wall and s/he slumps back in the chair and thinks to themself *it is going to be a long afternoon*.
