But the issue isn't really whether the Sharks supposedly cheating in 2011 helps their 2013 team. The issue is whether they did actually cheat, which really should be proven before we start jumping up and down and flinging mud at the hapless supporters in the Shire.

I don't know. I don't know if they are attempting to make a deal or why they are if that is true.

A lifetime of experience has taught me to ignore 90% of the bullshit that papers push out so I'm going to avoid making a whole heap of assumptions about Cronulla until I hear something concrete, rather than second or third-hand rumours filtering through Rebecca Wilson.

Maybe but I think there have also been enough cases of journalists making up shit and exaggerating beyond the bounds of reason to say that the media is capable of producing smoke without a fire. After all, that is part of there job - to generate news even on a slow day.

It truly is a 4 horse race I think. I reckon Roosters and Manly are a red hot while Souths are very close behind. Storm, don't know. It's been a while since back to back, but they are one team who can pull it off.

Of the smokeys, would be good to see Cronulla go the distance but the Warriors could be the big danger if they roll into the eight, anything can happen with them.

Now on the actual topic, I think any of the top 4 can win it, possibly top 6, I even rate the Warriors as a possibility if they strike hot form. I don't think there's any clear cut choice for who is going to win the premiership this year which is a nice change. I'm really looking forward to some of the top 4 match ups.
