I love Riki, Bloke has been likeable since the start.
Keep him at the Broncs for life.
He's going to be a one club player that boy...............he is a Bronco through and through, I remember during the tough years and at our lowest point he wasn't afraid to come out and say how much he loved the club and wanted to stay here and rebuild.

Agreed. Definitely not 10/10. Errors and penalties still. Shows how good we're going this season though.
It was also borderline storming while they were playing. So if you bring into the conditions as well then perfection is a given in my opinion.

You get the sense he is the heartbeat of the team, you can see how much he loves the Broncs.
I love how much the boys are all talking about receipts. Nothing makes me happier to know we have some lads who were as equally shattered as us tragic fans when we had some shit years. I feel like the clubs done a great job clearing out the ones who didn't give a shit, and it shows.

Riki is one of those players that rarely lets you down, always gives 100% but is never talked about in the same way as the Walsh’s, Cardigans and Haas of this world. He, like so many others has been equally vital to where we are now.

What a team. What a season. What an improvement. Moist.

Wasn’t he the first to re-sign during the dark days of the spoon year saying he wouldn’t give up on the club?

Gus didn't really give a new theory why we can't beat the Panthers this year (although both him and Gallen spent plenty of time sucking of Cleary and the Panthers)

He did compare the two wins though.

Basically he said we went flat out to prove something to ourselves... and the Storm were poor .... while the Panthers played within themselves, doing just enough to get the win

Jesus Christ how likeable is he! What a fucking legend. Guys like Riki deserve the way the team is now more than most. When ***** like Coates were not just leaving but kicking us in the guts on the way out with statements like leaving for less, Riki and others signed on. It was a statement about where they thought the club was going but also a big risk for them. Not only does that make them deserve this so much but without them staying who knows where we would be.

Coates on the other hand deserves a short and miserable career.

Very classy thoughts and comments about the storm guys right after the game from Riki. If and when we make it I hope he sends Coates an invite to watch the GF from the sidelines.

The hit he put on Kamakametha set the tone in the 1st set of 6 .

Storm didn't go into the match poor, they were rattled and mentally dominated very early in the match by the Broncos which forced the Storm into making uncharacteristic errors. The Broncos defence was upto the task, fast off the line and putting pressure on passes and offloads and limiting the time the playmakers had to work with. They also didn't get suckered in by the Storm dirty tactics.

As for the Panthers, the Warriors physically came to play but clearly were lacking direction from Shaun Johnson and as such struggled to put up any real competition in attack. Lets be honest how would the Warriors fared against the other quality finals teams in this situation? Panthers played within themselves because they were never challenged, how would they have fared against the Broncos, Storm or Knights?
