Really sad way for the game to end - definitely tempered the celebration at full time.
Feel for Papz, had another watch and he kind of swings around behind the tackle with his right leg and it gets caught between Flegler, himself and NAS coming in from the side when they go down, and if anyone is gonna break an ankle with their body weight, it’d be Nelson.
Despite the errors, everyone was amazing. We belted the Storm and they had being punched in the mouth, like as others have said the Raiders and Sharks of years past did.
Atkins still made some pretty bad non-calls, but we got the rub for a change and surprise surprise we aren’t the ones getting smacked by 20+
Hookers were great, forwards were at their imposing best and the backs dug in and did some hard work both sides of the ball

It was awesome.
Best atmosphere since the 2015 Prelim. What made it sweeter was I had a bunch of Storm fans around me.

They were a bit chirpy at first until we went 8-0 up, apparently we were offside all night lol. Then didn't hear a peep from them since.
A couple of them left early. They were given a ton of shit walking down the aisle to leave.

100% agree it was similar to 2015 prelim. No storm folk near me and our fellow supporters wanted blood.
As expected the ‘Storm’ bays were 30% broncos fans haha

Flegler you say?? Well he should be suspended for 6 weeks at least then! /s
I think we'll face the knights, they play similar footy to us and can score from anywhere. I believe we have them covered, but could be a danger team if Ponga is on fire.
No fear of anyone on our side though, our GF spot to lose.
