Right ... so to speak :)
I like these quotes from Jason Taylor in the SMH: http://www.smh.com.au/rugby-league/...d-give-manly-winning-edge-20120906-25hh4.html
"By playing with some Bulldogs-style passing in the forwards, the Broncos were able to isolate the Dogs' centres, who were unable to stop the Broncos' hard running back-rowers."
and
"After doing as the Broncos had taught them, the Raiders strung some passes together in the forwards. Raiders forward Tom Learoyd-Lahrs then carried the ball into the defence before flick-passing it out the back to McCrone. This gathered the Bulldogs defenders in the middle of the field, and their edge defenders, feeling threatened, came forward."
I remember that shift in our game plan - passing among the forwards. Hope we keep that part of it against the Cows, and ALWAYS have RUNNERS SUPPORTING THE BALL CARRIER.
I think forwards passing first is the best way to make use of Norman too. But they just seemed to have completely forgotten about it after 2 matches, even though it was the most dangerous we've looked in ages.
