Yes, it's all about the team. The difference to us is the Cowboys play as a team, coordinated, organised disciplined. Much less to do with brilliant individuals - Morgan excepted - and more to do with a team which gels and works as one.

And as far as Morgan is concerned, I just love the way he takes on the line and always has support. Class act.

I also bet if Hodgo was playing, he would have been there in support. I am really starting to think Roberts has real issues with being a team player, and his whole game needs to be restructured for next year - focus on TEAM and not ego

Prob saved one of our worst games for last. The amount of ball we had in their 20 and we didnt look threatening at all. So predictable and what a waste of tackles with all those 'settlers'. Our attack needs some new plays. Ours is so outdated and most of our tries are through individual brilliance then team tries. Storm and Cowboys showed how it is done.
Hate it when Bennett and co blame the injuries, i dont. We still had to players to win yet we changed too much. I think Benji would have been better at 7. and Boyd shouldnt have stayed on as long as he did.
I think our premiership window has closed. Too many ppl moving on and we dont have the players in 6/7 to win it... Both running players but no true half which is what we need. Both Kodi and Milf dont have the game management, passing and kicking game to be a threat. And i dont see them improving (Lets hope they prove me wrong). Look how Morgan has taken his game to the next level. Kicking game better, game management better, sharp and can hit short/long passes, not these floaters that Milf does. He is playing like a 1mill season player, not Milf, we paid him on potential. To me, Milf hasnt improved in these areas.
We need a buy a new front rower or 2, we lack up front. I would move Bird to lock for some ball playing options as Moose is just a metre eater so more suited to prop. Needed to keep Esese. Opacic to replace Moga.

They're all just lazy shits not willing to push up when needed. ****, even Mitchell Pearce was providing more support play than any of our supposed playmakers tonight against the Cowboys.

I said it on the live game thread, Roberts was very clearly held back but yeah, no worries play on according to the ref. The problem was Kahu was coming but is just too slow, a big problem in our whole team.

The Storm are masters at bending and breaking rules and they knew that if they held Roberts back, we had no one else fast enough to make that break count. Nothing is can do when that is the case and the refs don't care.

It's hard to have support when every run is one out. We give the defence a 5m head start on the chase because the players either side of the ball carrier have no intention of being part of the play.

This is what I don’t get about the NRL. They’re happy for the Storm to ruin the game with their over the top wrestle, (and I can’t forget that try at Suncorp where they held our forwards at the scrum to score). But as soon as coaches come up a legitimate ploy to kick the ball dead to nullify Slaters return, there is hell to pay and the rules must be changed to stop this calamity.
