Unbelievable, Piastri just had no luck, that should have been him winning. Poorly timed stop with the safety car which is unlucky but regardless his team got outsmarted by Ferrari…Ferrari!

Anywho bodes well for when he gets the upgrades. That McLaren has entered a new league.

I love how aggressive and ultra competitive Max is.
However, it’s so good to see someone else on top for a change. Agree, should’ve been Oscar. Next time, with the upgrade.
This will also push RB and Ferrari to evolve.

Definitely the gap in competitiveness has shifted. It is now Red Bull, McLaren and Ferrari. Then Mercedes, Haas and Aston Martin. then the rest. Riccardo's team tends to yoyo between that last level and the rest though.

Oscar has a win around the corner, it really feels like he has figured it all out now, just needs to stop getting hit.

Yeah KMag was on a hot lap and Piastri was in the way unfortunately. They said they were investigating so guess he got a penalty

Basically, he's counting on two things - getting the jump into the first corner and / or Ferrari doing their usual and screwing up the pit stop and McLaren nailing it.

Seeing what Oscar is doing in the Mclaren and how Yuki is killing Ricciardo pace wise at RB, Daniels time in F1 must just about be over.
