The pressure has gotten to Piastri. Pure and simple.
It never has in the lower grades and he was holding his own until he wasn't, I don't think its on him, well not completely anyway.

There's a big difference in the lower grades and F1 with regards to what brings pressure. It's a whole different ball game.
How do you explain the massive loss in pace, not only to Norris, but to a lot of the top teams? How has his team compromised him so much? He's probably down half a second. There's no way that is down simply to the car. He's gone from dominating to behind Ferrari's and Mercedes.Of course it is but you don't just massively lose performance from nowhere, especially when you have a decent buffer. He has been massively let down by team.
