England: 1-2 F/A: 0
Australia: 1-1 F/A: -14
Samoa: 0-2 F/A: -8
So Australia just has to win or draw.
Samoa just has to win by 9+
I wonder how they determine points?
Say if England won by 9, would NZ go through based on superior totals or?

So if I'm not mistaken, if Samoa win by less than 8 then England is through and Australia miss out?
So what happens if Samoa win by 8, does it then default to points for?
